Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear are not eligible for return.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (image/video).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
