Returns

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or wear are not eligible for return.

• Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (image/video).

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
